最近有不少新朋友过来咨询笔者：我第一次给国内的家人寄些保健品，想用USPS寄，但不知道是否可以用自己的纸箱，还是必须用USPS的纸箱呢？
答案是：可以的。
一、可用USPS的纸箱，也可用自己的纸箱
如果大家打算用USPS邮寄国际包裹，在打包时一定要严实打包，以免国际长途运输，打包不好会影响到包裹内件物品。
而打包所用的纸箱，可以用自己平时购物时留下的纸箱，也可以用USPS的纸箱。
如果是自己平时购物时留下的纸箱，纸箱的质量一定要过关，如果是明显有破损或者纸箱表面软趴趴的，笔者就不建议再重复使用了，以免在运输过程中，纸箱不耐受，导致包裹内件物品丢失。
如果是使用USPS的纸箱，可以自己前往USPS官网购买，采购价格是0美金，是免费的。需要注意的是：对应的线路使用对应的纸箱，不可混淆使用！
二、USPS禁止国际邮寄物品
对于邮寄物品的限制，也经常有小伙伴不是很清楚，最近就有不少新的小伙伴表示：我第一次寄国际包裹，**这些物品你们可以邮寄？
实际上，如果是选择USPS邮寄，只要USPS允许邮寄的物品，都可以在邮差小马的网站上在线打印USPS运单进行邮寄，具体关于USPS禁止国际邮寄的物品，可前往USPS官网中邮寄限制页面查看。
三、追踪USPS包裹物流状态
经常也有小伙伴给笔者发单号，要求帮忙查询物流信息，其实，有了单号后，大家也可自己跟踪查询，前往USPS官网中追踪包裹页面就可以自己查询。
综上所述，如果要邮寄国际包裹，用USPS邮寄，可以选择用自己平时购物时留下的纸箱；只要USPS允许邮寄的物品，就可以通过邮差小马在线打印运单邮寄；追踪USPS的包裹物流状态，可在USPS官网进行查询跟进。
