客户朋友们需了解的一点是：邮差小马PostPony没有接触到客户朋友们的包裹，揽收、运输、投递都是USPS、FedEx和UPS负责。USPS Presort线路、HongKong Post香港邮政线路、行李专线除外。
举个简单的例子，邮差小马PostPony就相当于快递里的“携程网”。大家都明白，在“携程网”上可以买到比航空公司更便宜的机票，也可以买各家航空公司的机票，但是实际运输的是航空公司，并不是“携程网”。如果出现航班晚点或者延误的情况，你应该找的是航空公司，而不是“携程网”。
邮差小马PostPony提供的就是类似“携程网”的服务，你可以通过邮差小马PostPony打印USPS更加便宜的快递运单，可以节省不少运费。但是如果包裹没有物流信息的更新，或者出现包裹丢失、损坏的情况，你应该找的是物流承运商USPS、FedEx和UPS，物流承运商才是解决问题的根本。
2.美国快递预约上门取件的方式
回到开头时客户朋友们的疑问：在邮差小马PostPony上在线打完运单之后，我们什么时候过去取件？
这里小编需要解释一下：你在邮差小马PostPony上付完款，打完运单之后，不会有人上门取件，你需要预约上门取件之后，才有快递公司的揽收员去上门取件。当然，也有可能你预约上门取件之后，过了预约时间，还没有快递员上门取件，如果出现这种情况，建议你直接联系快递员，如果联系未果，建议直接拿去门店投递即可。
这里客户朋友们需要明白的一点是：揽收你包裹的是USPS、FedEx或者是UPS的快递员，并不是邮差小马PostPony的工作人员。邮差小马PostPony全程不接触客户朋友们的包裹。USPS Presort线路除外。
